Venue Accessibility

Our private home concerts are rare, special events — not the regular function of our private residence. We occasionally open our historic 1900 home for these intimate 25–30 seat performances.

Because this is a private residence rather than a commercial venue, it has inherent limitations:

• A temporary portable ramp is available upon request for the two exterior alleyway steps.

• However, due to narrow interior doorways (as narrow as 27.5–29 inches) and tight turning spaces, the home is not suitable for most wheelchairs or motorized scooters.

Guests should be able to comfortably navigate a few steps, narrow doorways, and standard residential pathways. For further details and information please refer to our Venue Terms & Conditions Page

Accommodations (72-hour advance notice required)
Please contact us at least 72 hours before the show if you need any of the following:

• The portable ramp for exterior steps

• Interior hallway door removed

• Temporary grab bars or raised toilet seat
