Starstruck Concerts LLC – Historic In-Home Theater Access, Accommodations, and Liability Agreement
Effective Date: June 30, 2026
Summary
This Agreement explains the unique aspects of attending an intimate event in our historic 1900 private residence, including physical access details, available accommodations, assumption of risk, and ticket policies. Our limited-seating (maximum 25–30 guests) performances are held in a private, multi-purpose room configured as an in-home theater. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms below.
📐 Venue Access and Physical Dimensions
Because this is an active private residence historic home rather than a commercial venue, interior pathways follow standard residential layout dimensions. Please review these details carefully:
- Main Guest Entrance: Entry is via the paved alleyway (not the front lawn door). There are two exterior steps with a total 10-inch vertical rise. A temporary portable ramp is available upon 72-hour advance request.
- Entry Landing: The alleyway door has a 30-inch clearance when fully open. The interior landing is 38 inches deep and bordered by a stairway leading to the upper floor. Guests must at this point make an immediate 90-degree left turn leading to the interior hallway doorway.
- Interior Hallway Doorway: The doorway clear width is 27.5 inches when fully open. Upon 72-hour advance request, we will remove the door slab, increasing clearance to 29 inches. The hallway beyond is 40 inches wide.
- Restroom: The restroom is located off the hallway in close proximity to the interior hallway door. The restroom door provides up to 29 inches clear width when fully open. There is adequate turning space inside. Temporary grab bars and a raised toilet seat are available upon request.
- In-Home Theater Entrance: At the end of the hallway is a doorless opening of 31.5 inches clear width.
- Flooring: Low-pile carpet, faux-hardwood sections, and minor unevenness typical of a century-old foundation. No loose rugs.
- Capacity and Seating: Maximum capacity is strictly 30 guests. Seating is first-come, first-served with limited standing room. Guests are encouraged to find a seat upon arrival and remain seated throughout the performance except when using the restroom or getting refreshments. We reserve the right to adjust seating arrangements when feasible to accommodate parties of two or more guests together when possible, while respecting overall capacity and safety.
Mobility Note: Due to the rigid 1900 architectural framing and tight turning spaces, mobility devices, wheelchairs, or scooters wider than 26 inches may experience severe difficulty or be unable to navigate the interior passages and landing turn.
